Heres a cheat to skip levels in Cannon Fodder.

1. Press the 'm' key to bring up the map.
2. Hold down the alt button and type fodder.
3. During the game press enter to skip levels.

To get jools and jops up to general really quickly do this:

complete the first mission and when the medals bit is scrolling press and you can do the mission again, with your new rank. repeat as necessary.

Try saving your game as "JOOLS" or "JOOLSA".
