The cheats will come up as an "extras" menu. To get them, type "CTRL A O D B A M F" (don't type CTRL, just hold it down). The menu will have these options

ArmyInfo - See information about other races
MoneyAndPower - Gives you, all together now, money and power
AllSeeingEye - Reveal the whole map
GetRichQuick - Get rich quick..!! :))
GetSmartQuick - What do you think ???
MissleCrisis - Starts production of nuclear missles
SettlersHo! - Creates settlers
Nukestorms - Causes global warming
Automode - The computer moves for you
Armaggedon - For all you genocidal maniacs, now you can nuke the whole planet from the safety of your own computer
