The Need for Speed

Type these codes in capital letters in the "enter you name" screen:

EAC RALY - This code turns the track "Rusty Springs" into a dirt/gravel track
EAC POWR - This code gives you the 800hp Bonus car "The Warrior"
EAC WARP - This code speeds up the game and gives the game more of a arcade feel.

NOTE: You must have completed the Tournament twice. If you haven't done that you can download a patch right here.

The 300mph Porsche 911

This little hack will give you a 300mph Porsche, but the modification can be done with any of the cars.

Find "paths.dat" in the \gamedata\config directory.
Make sure to make a backyp of paths.dat before doing anything to it.
Using a hex editor, open the file and find the line that says:
"F:\Simdata\Carspecs" (F is the cd.rom driver, it may be a different letter on your system).
Replace the "F" with a "C" (letter of your hard drive).
Create a direvtory in the root of C: called simdata and a subdirectory called carspecs.
Copy all the files in F:\Simdata\Carspecs to C:\Simdata\Carspecs.
You should now be in C:\simdata\carspecs.
Change the attribute of the file "by_r&t" to read only (attrib +r by_r&t).
Copy traffc.pbs to p911.pbs.
You have just created a 300mph Porsche.
